Know Your Rights

Workplace health and safety is about your health and safety

BURNABY—CUPE BC has released a new “KNOW YOUR RIGHTS” poster that CUPE locals can use to help inform and educate workers of their rights while dealing with a WCB claim or appeal.

A growing number of employers have hired “consultants” to deal with WCB claims and appeals and it is important that workers know what to expect while a claim is ongoing.

Locals can download the poster here, please print in colour on 11 x 17 paper.
